Lease car return
We are and have been dealing with many customers who are returning lease or contract hire vehicles. Theses vehicles are generally expected back to the lease companies in near perfect condition and if they have any damage, the lease companies send the vehicles for repair and then bill the customer, this will always cost far more than if customer had let us carry out the repairs and bring their vehicle back to an acceptable condition. Historically, our repair costs generally save our customers 30-50 %.
Most people have a yearly service on their vehicle, taking care of all things mechanical whilst neglecting the exterior finish. Minor scratches, paint chips etc.. left unchecked will deteriorate and rust, minor dents, bumper scuffs, dull paint work, corroded and scuffed alloy wheels, windscreen chips, all of theses problems significantly de-value the vehicle and leave it looking less than its best.
